Studiegroep
Vanaf januari 2007 is onze
studiegroep open voor die Iyengar yoga leraar die consequent wil/kan
werken op intermediate junior niveau als voorbereiding op het examen
van februari 2008. Deze
groep leraren komt bij elkaar op drie vrijdagmiddagen per maand van
13u30 tot 15u30 in studio “Oefening & de kunst”. Gezien de
samenstelling van de groep werken we momenteel op intermediate junior 2
niveau.

Op de “vrije” vrijdag(en) is het de
bedoeling dat ieder voor zich opzoekwerk verricht in de media en het
materiaal voor de komende bijeenkomst bestudeert. Ook degene met een
lagere kwalificatie wordt gevraagd zo goed als het kan mee te studeren.
De lezingen van Sumati Nair zijn
óók bij te wonen door geïnteresseerde yogastudenten.
Het kost 13 euro per lezing. Als je op regelmatige basis
meedoet met de lezingen wordt er van je gevraagd de sutra’s voor te
bereiden zodat we die middag tot een interessante discussie kunnen
komen.

Study group
From January
2007 our study group is open to those who can/want to work consequently
on the intermediate junior level in preparation for the exams in
February 2008.
This group of
teachers meets three Friday-afternoons per month from 1:30 to 3:30 PM
at studio “Oefening en de kunst” in Amsterdam Oud-West. We work on the
intermediate junior 2 level but also adapt the practice to the level
of people that come together.

On the “free”
Friday(s) you can do individual research/study in order to prepare well
for the asana and teaching practice. Also people who are not up to that
particular level are asked to look into the subject.
The sessions of
Sumati Nair are also accessible to interested yoga students. Costs are
13
euros per session. If you wish to attend the sessions on a regular
base, please read up the relevant parts of the Yoga Sutras, so that a
discussion will not only be possible but also interesting.
